We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us about an issue.
To be eligible, please contact us at hello@elugane.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
No return required — as we work with international suppliers, we do not require items to be sent back. Instead, we'll arrange a full refund or replacement depending on your preference.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve it for you.
Exchanges If you'd prefer a replacement over a refund, simply let us know when you contact us and we'll arrange a reorder shipped directly to you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items We cannot offer refunds on sale items or gift cards. Change of mind returns are not accepted — please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
European Union 14-day cooling off period If your order is shipping into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Refunds Once your request is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at hello@elugane.com.
